Mpho Makoro Labour Law Consultants (Pty) Ltd is an organization that places a strong emphasis on the provision of integrated HR and Employment Relations services. It is 100% black owned and it is named after its Managing Director, who is an admired and well respected professional with over 35 years of expertise and extensive knowledge of human resources and employment relations across both the public and the private sectors.
Mr Makoro is admired and well respected by his peers; labour law practitioners and other professionals within the HR/Labour Law space. He chaired the CCMA Limpopo Stakeholders Forum; and the Mining Users Forum for about 3 years; during that period the CCMA Limpopo occupied the first position nationally. He is a mentor and a coach to many professionals.
